I made this A5 card a couple of days ago but had the print the sentiment on the card using Serif software.
The main picture comes from the Crafters Companion Thelwell card kit. It was half of an A4 backing card.
On the top left hand corner there is a rosette made from some of the Crafters Companion Thelwell paper pad.
I used a Papermania template for the rosette.
